1) Payment:

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Cards or payment via PayPal. A receipt will be sent via email on all orders.

2) Delivery:

Orders will be sent out as soon as possible (normally 3-5 working days).

Delivery is to the UK only via Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed For” service. If you live in another country and would like to purchase one or more t-shirts, please get in contact and we will try and sort something out.

For the UK deliveries only, the postage and package on orders:

- under £10.00 = £2.50
- from £10.00 to under £25.00 = £3.00
- from £25.00 to under £75.00 = £3.50
- from £75.00 to under £150.00 = £4.00
- above £150.00 = £4.50

It is important to note that the Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” delivery service requires a signature upon receipt. If nobody is available to sign for the order then you must either arrange for redelivery within seven calendar days or collect the order from your local Royal Mail office within seven calendar days, otherwise the order will be returned to us. So please choose a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the order.

3) Out-of-stock:

If you are interested in buying a particular t-shirt size that is currently out-of-stock please get in contact to find out when new stocks will be available.

4) Returns and Complaints:

We will try our best to make sure that the t-shirts arrive to you in great condition as we want to give you a quality product. However if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within seven days, and return the product to us. If you get in contact within seven days of delivery, we will make sure we either exchange the product or give you your money back.

5) Privacy Policy:

We do not sell or disclose your personal details to anyone without permission. We only use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for purpose of delivery of goods and for maintaining and providing information about our goods and services. We do not and will not pass on your email information to any 3rd parties.

6) Donations:

10% of the pre-tax profits (from the sale of the Just Druid t-shirts), will be donated to charitable projects.
