About

This research project came about because of the feeling that many people don’t maximise their creative potential and end up being dissatisfied with what they are doing. This research project explores ways to address that.

People often underestimate their own capability for creating and establishing new products, services and projects in general because they don’t have the clarity of purpose, the necessary skills or the self confidence.

This project will explore techniques related to creativity and learning; discovering personal values and motivations; and addressing fears to see which methods are most useful in helping people create what they want to create. The methods will draw on knowledge from the fields of design, marketing, psychology, anthropology, quantum physics and neuroscience.

PROJECT AIMS

The aims of the research project are to explore:
- our creative potential
- how we see ourselves, others and the environment around us
- our motivations and fears
- the choices we make

PRACTICAL OUTPUTS

The aim is to create practical outputs from the research, i.e. exploring and learning through practice. For example:
- creating new products or services
- clarifying work interests and focus
- humanitarian initiatives
- or just taking up new hobbies

APPROACH

The plan is to have weekly group sessions, and to explore and discuss different themes and techniques in each session. The plan is to record each session and make it available on the site.
